Sai brings 25 years at the intersection of technology and finance — JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, and a product leadership role on Google Pay in the United States — and holds an MBA from Cornell University’s S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management. His thesis: the durable edge is not access to AI, but what a firm remembers and compounds around it.

The Hook

“Access to AI is no longer the advantage.”

With 25 years of experience at the intersection of technology and finance, Sai has worked at JPMorgan Chase and Citigroup, and was a key product leader on Google Pay in the United States. He holds an MBA from Cornell University’s S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management.

His argument for C3aLabs is that access to AI is no longer a differentiator, because every competitor can call the same models. As he has put it internally: models provide intelligence, and SarvaX provides Company Memory — the record of a firm’s own client interactions, advisor decisions, market insights and best practices, compounding into an advantage a competitor cannot copy by subscribing to the same AI model.

For now, his stated focus is helping wealth advisory firms build and compound that Company Memory. He has described fine-tuning firm-specific smaller models on that proprietary knowledge as a future direction, once specialized models mature enough to support it — not a capability the company offers today.

  • A founder’s thesis that durable advantage in AI comes from what an organization remembers, not which model it calls.
  • Operating discipline carried from two decades in financial services and consumer product leadership into how the company builds: clear ownership, dated commitments, and proof before scale.
Why They Matter

He set the direction the company is building toward: SarvaX as the layer that lets a wealth advisory firm’s own history become its advantage.
