Mohan has spent more than 15 years across capital markets, institutional wealth management, and consumer fintech. His career includes Aristeia Capital, a $5 billion AUM credit hedge fund; Morgan Stanley, in institutional wealth management with more than $800 billion in advisory assets; and consumer fintech roles at SoFi and Varo Bank — giving him a working view across trading infrastructure, risk platforms, payments, and digital banking.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology from IIT (BHU), a Master of Engineering from MIT, and the CFA and FRM charters.
Most recently, he has built independently — founding and shipping AI-native products across fintech and consumer verticals as a solo builder, owning product, engineering, and design end-to-end.
